Quantity and Type: Gift type and quantity determined by the Provider, not exceeding one ounce.

No Cannabis Sale: Acknowledgement of cannabis as a gift; no sale involved.

Compliance with Initiative 71

Adherence to Law: Compliance with Initiative 71 regulations: possession limit of two ounces, age restriction (21+), no public consumption, and no driving under the influence.

Age Verification: Valid ID required for age verification (21 years or older).

Liability and Acknowledgement

Release of Liability: Recipient releases the Provider from liability related to cannabis use.

Responsibility: Recipient assumes responsibility for lawful use of the cannabis gift.

Agreement Acceptance

Acknowledgement: Acceptance of terms by purchasing digital goods.

Complete Understanding: This document is the full agreement between Provider and Recipient.

Amendments

Modification: Agreement modifications require written consent from both parties.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of Washington, D.C.

Delivery Method: The exclusive premium Weed Club Digital Art will be sent to the email address provided after the purchase. Please ensure your email is entered correctly to receive your digital art.

Terms and Conditions

This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of Washington D.C. as related to Initiative 71. By engaging in this transaction, the Recipient agrees to the following terms:

• The Recipient is 21 years of age or older and has provided valid government-issued identification to prove the same.
• The product offered is rare and exclusive premium Weed Club Digital Art, which is purchased with the understanding that it is for personal use and not for resale or distribution.
• The cannabis gift provided is not sold but is a complimentary item as part of the digital art transaction, and the Provider does not operate as a cannabis retailer.
• The Recipient may not request specific types or quantities of cannabis, and the Provider reserves the right to change the gift at any time.
• Any cannabis provided is for personal use and not for resale. The Recipient agrees to abide by all local laws regarding cannabis possession and consumption.
• The Provider is released from all liability related to the use, possession, or distribution of the cannabis gift.
• The Provider reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the agreement if any terms are breached or if the Recipient is found to be in violation of local law
